Teens Encounter Christ Privacy Policy

All information provided by the applicant on the Team and Candidate application forms (both online and by mail), and on all sponsor forms is used for planning the TEC weekend events. Medical information is collected for emergency purposes, and is disclosed only to the directors and organizers of the weekend events. Mailing and e-mail addresses are used for official communications from TEC only. The information is collected by the Registrar and the database is protected and maintained by the TEC registrar. No information is released to anyone outside of the organization committee, without prior consent by the applicant. This includes any information contained in the fourth day packages.

Information that you have provided and that has been maintained in the database is available to you at your request under this privacy policy.  In addition, any information maintained in our database can be removed at your request. Please contact the Registrar for more information.

If you feel that the privacy policy has been violated, or you have any questions or concerns, they can be directed to the registrar and they will be addressed by the TEC steering committee. All concerns are kept in confidence.
